The Summerwind de Luxe Horse Solarium combines many sensible ideas.
During the horse drying process, the rising heat is permanently suctioned off and conducted under the horse’s body with the help of optimally adjusted air conduction nozzles. The result: your horse is dried in next to no time and can enjoy all the benefits of a horse solarium in the process.
The Summerwind de Luxe Horse Solarium combines drying, sunning and warming horses in one device. The system generates warm air simply and cost-efficiently and to conduct it precisely where it is needed, e.g. the horse’s belly region.
Our horse solarium is delivered ready to plug in, which means that all electrics are installed and tested. All you need is a CEE 380 V outlet and 16 A (with a slow blow fuse).

The integrated circulating air system, which is installed in the Summerwind de Luxe model and in the Summerwind Premium model, optimizes the horse drying process. After a training session, it is particularly important to prevent the sweaty horse from cooling down too fast or being exposed to cold drafts. Particularly the horse’s sensitive belly area, as well as the kidney and loin region must be protected to prevent tension or even colds.
The Summerwind de Luxe horse solarium has been designed with these aspects in mind. When the horse is treated with infrared light, the back and upper flanks are bathed in soothing warmth. However, the infrared lamps cannot be pointed at the horse’s sensitive belly area. For this reason, the Summerwind de Luxe horse solarium has been equipped with an integrated circulation air system.
The Summerwind de Luxe horse solarium is equipped with 18 extremely silent fans with an air capacity of 140 m3 per hour each.
After a training session, the sweating horse radiates a lot of heat; added to this is the heat generated by the infrared light. The ventilation system of the Summerwind de Luxe horse solarium is geared towards taking away the heat to avoid heat accumulation and thus excessive post-exercise sweating. The advantage of the Summerwind patented circulating air system is that the rising heat is not simply suctioned off, but instead is drawn in by air control nozzles and transferred to adjustable ventilation nozzles that can reach otherwise inaccessible parts of the horse, such as the belly area. The resulting evenly distributed air circulation bathes the horse’s entire body in soothing heat and ensures that it dries off evenly.
Another advantage of the patented circulating air system is that the heat generally produced during a drying session is reused and not lost. Due to this principle, no additional energy supply for heating up colder surrounding air is required. No additional heat source is required to warm the horse’s belly region. The Summerwind Premium horse solarium differs from most other horse solariums on the market due to its significantly lower energy consumption. This not only benefits the user, but is also a huge plus for the environment.
Control box
All Summerwind solariums are equipped with a control box. It is very elaborately constructed and thus offers the best possible safety. All connections are wired and ready to plug in. The control box comes prepared for controlling a slot meter.

Electronic coin slot
We exclusively use electronic coin slots produced by MAG in all of our Summerwind Horse Solariums. The coin validator can recognize various coins, which makes the annoying task of exchanging money obsolete.
- These coin slots are premium-quality electronic coin counters and are characterized as follows:
- electronic coin validators identifying 0.50€, 1€ and 2€ coins
- electronic coin validators can be switched to identify other currencies such as Swiss francs and Danish kroner
- large display windows for showing remaining operating time
- sunning can be extended by adding more coins
- integrated coin and operating hours counter
- can be used with tokens

Any device, such as solariums, walkers,hay steamer, blanket dryers, or outdoor lighting, can be started and controlled easily and quickly using a smartphone, tablet or PC using the DSI.ONE app. The data generated can be used for documentation or billing.
Optionally, you will receive a tax-free invoice with detailed evidence every month for billing your customers or DSI.ONE will take care of the billing with your customers completely and you will receive the sales in your account.
The DSI.ONE RelaySwitch provides you with a module that replaces existing devices – such as coin counters – and therefore easily digitizes them, regardless of how old they are or which manufacturer.
